Florida State College at Jacksonville celebrates Black History Month with a series of events on all campuses. North Campus hosted a festival on Feb. 16 that featured student activities, and entertainment by musicians and folklorist duo Sparky and Rhonda Rucker. Florida Times-Union reporter Anthony DeFeo attended and reported on the event, and Times-Union photographer Will Dickey posted a series of images shot at the event. (Above image: Ida B.
